This website does not include forms and does not use analytics or advertising cookies. We only process the personal data you send us when you contact us by email (name, email address and any information you include in your message), in order to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, maintain the professional relationship that arises from it.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis is your consent when you contact us and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

4. Retention

We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and, afterwards, for the periods required by law.

5. Recipients

Your data will not be shared with third parties unless legally required. Our website hosting provider (Cloudflare, Inc.) and email provider (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited – Microsoft 365) may process data on our behalf under the corresponding data processing agreements.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by writing to info@optec4life.com. If you consider that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

This website does not use cookies or similar technologies that require consent. If this changes, this policy will be updated and your consent will be requested beforehand.
